Virtual Reality
Nothing replaces exploring our public lands in person. It's an unforgettable experience for kids, one that can have a impact on them for the rest of their lives. However, it's not always possible or practical for teachers to take their classes on a field trip to a National Park. ​
To help educators better connect their students the parks, we have 360 degree videos that can be used to give kids an immersive experience outdoors. These files can be interactive on their own on a desktop or can be uploaded to virtual reality headsets for an even more powerful activity. Additionally, we have an observation journal for students to what they notice and wonder about their virtual experience, building observation skills in kids while helping them develop a sense of place in their public lands. Perfect for students grades 3-10!​
